Liaison with Parents
Newsletter and Emails
Newsletters are provided by the Tihoi Directors' , approximately every three weeks. Information included in these are notification of transport arrangements, information on upcoming events and information on the movements and achievements of the intake.
The Tihoi Directors also use email to contact and update parents with news and details of current activities the boys are enjoying.
Weekly Minibus Connection
Each week a staff member from the St Paul's Hamilton campus travels to Tihoi in the school minibus. This weekly trip is to maintain connection with the main school and facilitate staff visits from Housemasters and senior staff, to assist in pastoral care.
The Chaplain visits Tihoi each fortnight.
Parcels and mail can be delivered by the minibus and such items should be delivered to the School by 3.30pm on Mondays.
Telephone Communication
Mobile phone coverage in the Tihoi area is poor so it is best to contact Tihoi staff using the land line.
