Triathlon

Triathlon at St Paul’s

Triathlon is a relatively new sport and is currently one of the fastest growing sports in New Zealand.  Here at St Paul’s, students have the opportunity to pursue triathlon as their major sport or alongside their other sporting interests.

The Triathlon Programme

Students pursue individualised training programmes in the four key facets of triathlon: swimming, cycling, running and transitions.  Training takes place before and after school and where possible students train alongside those students doing swimming, cycling or athletics/cross-country as individual sports.
