Mountain biking

St Paul’s Collegiate School offers mountain biking as a summer sport to senior students.

Students practise on Tuesdays and some Thursdays after school at the Pukete MTB track and BMX track along the Waikato River. Students also have the opportunity to train at the Rotorua forest trails.

The main competitions that students can compete in are the New Zealand Secondary Schools' Mountain Bike Championships.

Transportation costs and entry fees for competitions are disbursed to students' accounts as required.

  • The levy for Mountain Biking is $20
