We are looking for Residential Assistants to join our team in 2024.
As a Residential Assistant you will join one of our boarding houses, working rostered shifts providing onsite supervision and pastoral support to our students. Duties include supervision of boarding students on a rostered basis, usually on two weekday mornings and evenings and approximately four weekends per term.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to teenagers are essential. This position would ideally suit someone undertaking their tertiary education (ideally two+ years out of school) and can be a great stepping stone for students who are looking to go into education for their career.
This position is fixed-term, and part-time for the 2024 school year and will be a minimum of 12 hours per week (term time). If you're appointed to a role, you'll have the choice of either living off-site or in onsite accommodation (and paying board and lodgings).
This role will commence in late January 2024.
