Enrolment process

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at St Paul’s Collegiate School. We welcome applications for both boys and girls, as day and boarding students, for next year and beyond. The enrolment process is as follows:

Step 1 – Application

The first step is to complete an online application form. Once you have completed this form please send a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport to enrolments@stpauls.school.nz.

Step 2 – Interview

Once your application has been submitted, arrangements will be made for an enrolment interview. For entry next year the school will make contact to arrange a suitable time for an enrolment interview. A copy of your child’s most recent school report is required at this time. The interview will last 35-40 minutes and can conclude with a tour of the school if required.

For enrolments for next year and beyond, the school will contact you one year before your child’s start year to arrange an interview.

Step 3 – Offer

Following the enrolment interview any offer of placement is made in writing.

Step 4 – Acceptance

Acceptance of enrolment should be confirmed in writing within the timeframe noted. A non-refundable enrolment fee (waived for families with a previous connection to the school) and non-refundable deposit is required at this time to secure a place. The non-refundable deposit is then applied to the first fees invoice. Written acceptance of the placement binds the contract and is your agreement to the terms and conditions of enrolment.

The annual fees schedule can be found here.
