▪ Enrolment and Administration Assistant

Located in St Paul's Collegiate School Hamilton

Permanent Part time | Term Time | 25 - 30 hours per week | 5 days

St Paul’s Collegiate School is one of New Zealand’s leading independent Anglican day and boarding schools. With a roll of 950 students and growing, we are entering an exciting new chapter. This year, we welcomed our first cohort of Year 9 girls, and by 2027, we’ll offer a fully co-educational experience from Year 9 to Year 13.

As part of this growth, we are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Enrolment and Administration Assistant to join our Management Administration Team. This role provides key support to both our Enrolments Coordinator and our Database Manager, helping ensure our enrolment processes and student information systems run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, your work will be busy and varied. You will assist with the administration that supports the enrolment journey for new families, while also helping maintain accurate information and records within our student management system (PC School). You will also support the production and distribution of fortnightly reports and assist with the creation of online eForms within our system.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring previous administration experience (school experience is an advantage), strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, and confidence using databases and learning new systems. You’ll have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, take pride in doing things properly, and be someone who enjoys working with processes and data. As one of the first points of contact for many prospective families, you’ll also need to be approachable, professional and confident communicating with a wide range of people.

You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive team who will provide training in our systems and processes and help you settle in quickly. St Paul’s places a strong emphasis on collegiality, and you’ll enjoy being part of a positive and welcoming workplace.

This is a permanent position working 25 – 30 hours per week (over five days), during school term time. Working at St Paul’s, you will enjoy benefits such as free cooked lunches, free parking, and working in beautiful, park-like grounds.

If you’re looking for a rewarding administration role where you can support families and contribute behind the scenes to important school systems and processes, we would love to hear from you.

If you’re ready to bring your creativity to a role with meaning, we’d love to hear from you. To apply, please send your CV and Cover letter to work@stpauls.schoolnz or apply online below.
