We are looking for a Residential Supervisor to join our Boarding Community in 2024.
As Residential Supervisor, you will work three evenings a week (6.30 pm - 9.00 pm) supervising our boarding students doing their homework and other activities, you'll take the lead in organising activities and outings for our Boarding Students who are onsite at weekends and you'll also assist across the houses, covering any absences of boarding staff or providing supervisory support for boarding as needed.
Good interpersonal and organisation skills and the ability to relate well to teenagers are essential. This position would ideally suit someone undertaking their tertiary education (ideally two+ years out of school) and can be a great stepping stone for students who are looking to go into education for their career.
This position is fixed-term, and part-time for the 2024 school year. Working hours will normally occur in the evenings and weekends and will vary. However, there will be a minimum of 15 hours per week (term time), with discussion around availability and how these are worked with the successful candidate.
If you're appointed to the role, you'll have the choice of either living off-site or in onsite accommodation (and paying board and lodgings).
