St Paul's travelled to Morrinsville on Thursday afternoon to play the Morrinsville U14 team.
Despite a much improved performance compared with the previous weekend the team lost 27 – 5.
St Paul's found it difficult to contain the Morrinsville backs who were fast and skilful.
St Paul's were down 17 – 0 at half time but played much better in the second half, conceding only two tries and scoring one of their own (Wilson Wolfe).
