Before you get started please read the list of required documentation below. You will need to upload copies of this documentation immediately after submitting the form below, so it’s best to have copies on hand before you get started.

  • Student’s most recent end-of-year school report
  • Supporting letters from two referees (ie current teacher, principal, coach etc)
  • Student’s NCEA record of learning (if applicable)
  • Summary of earnings from IRD for each primary caregiver
  • Supporting documents if income has reduced significantly in previous year, if applicable
  • Most recent Working for Families assessment statements, if applicable
  • Documentation to verify additional income, if applicable
  • Most recent mortgage statement for any property, if applicable
  • A copy of the Quotable Value (QV) or a Council Rating Value (RV), if applicable
  • Documentation to verify assets
  • Documentation to verify liabilities

You will also be required to upload a 300 word personal statement from the student you are submitting this application for. Their personal statement must outline what they think Agribusiness is about, why they are interested in studying at St Paul’s Collegiate School and what they could contribute to the School.
