This year’s guest speaker is Gillian Simpson. Gillian has led top New Zealand Independent Schools, including a decade as Executive Principal of St Margaret's College, leading them through the Christchurch earthquakes. Hear how she builds young people to be incredibly resilient and empowering, and what it takes to lead when the path ahead isn't always clear.
