Head of Marketing and Development, Marketing
Highly experienced marketing manager, Nerroly Hay, joins St Paul’s Collegiate School as Head of Marketing and Development.
Her considerable sales and marketing knowledge has seen her lead some of New Zealand's most prominent businesses, including 1-day.co.nz and Torpedo7 as the company’s marketing manager. Prior to her marketing roles, Nerroly was GM ot the sporting giant, Oakley South Pacific.
After seven years as the marketing manager at 1-day.co.nz and Torpedo7, Nerroly was ready for a new venture when she accepted the Head of Marketing and Development position at the start of 2022. Nerroly is keen to continue highlighting St Paul’s reputation pillars, including Tihoi Venture School, boarding, sport, culture, Collegians, curriculum, the Arts and ‘Over the Fence’ service programmes. She understands that the families, past and present, and current staff are an integral part of the school's success. She looks forward to connnecting people and the wider St Paul's community.
Nerroly is married to Josh Hay, and they have two sons, Jackson (14. Fitchett Year 10)), and Carter (12) who attends Marian Catholic School in Hamilton East. Nerroly grew up in Rotorua, attended Waikato University, and has called Hamilton home for over 25 years. She played hockey for Waikato for over ten years and today coaches the U15 B Junior Boys team here at St Paul's. The family spend their weekends supporting sport from the sidelines or at the beach in Mount Maunganui.
