St Paul’s cricketers represent Northern Districts at national tournament

The National Under 17 Boys’ Tournament is underway for 2026. Four St Paul’s boys have been selected to represent the Northern Districts Under 17 squad at the tournament. Their inclusion is testament to their hard work, commitment, and performances throughout the season.

Best of luck to Finn Bell, Josh Hart, McKay Murray, and Hudson Clark. We wish them every success as they represent both Northern Districts and St Paul’s on the national stage.

The National Under 17 Boys Cricket Tournament is a key development opportunity for the best young male cricketers from across New Zealand. Bringing together emerging talent from all regions, the tournament allows players to test their skills at a national level against their peers and gain valuable experience in a high-performance environment. 

The St Paul’s First XI cricket team is coached by Mr Duncan Murray, Mr Michael Rameka and assisted by Mr Matthew Hart. Having represented in December 2025 for the top six schools in the country, this combined effort from coaches, parents and students working together is a successful 12 month campaign.
