Hugo Brown was awarded Dux of St Paul’s Collegiate School for 2015. He is beyond brilliant, the young student completed NCEA Levels 2 and 3 last year (a year early, and both levels endorsed with excellence). Over the course of this year, he has focused his energy on completing as many NZQA Scholarship subjects as humanly possible. Below we summarise his outstanding achievements from his last three years, as a senior student, at St Paul’s.

Year 12

  • NCEA Level 2 and 3 endorsed with excellence
  • NZQA Scholarship in English and Calculus
  • NZQA Outstanding Scholarship in Physics
  • First in subject at St Paul’s in NCEA Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Maths with Calculus, Physics
  • New Zealand representative at the Australian National Youth Science Forum

Year 11

  • GPA 97%
  • NCEA Level 1 endorsed with excellence
  • First in subject at St Paul’s in Cambridge IGCSE Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics
  • First in subject at St Paul’s in NCEA English and Economics
