Aerobics

Aerobics is a fun sport for girls at St Paul’s Collegiate School, to help improve their general fitness before the winter sports' season starts.

Classes focus on fitness, flexibility, toning and sculpting and the girls enjoy a fun and interactive way of staying fit.

Sessions are offered twice per week, Tuesday and Thursday, each lasting an hour and are divided into: warm up, 30 minutes of aerobic fitness, 30 minutes of muscle toning.

Aerobics enables the girls to have a place to work on their fitness that is safe and where they won't feel judged.

There are no costs involved with this sport.
