Girls fitness

Girls fitness is a fun sport for girls at St Paul’s Collegiate School, to help improve their general fitness before the winter sports' season starts.

Classes focus on fitness, flexibility, toning and sculpting and the girls enjoy a fun and interactive way of staying fit.

Sessions are offered twice per week, Monday and Wednesday, each lasting an hour and are divided into a warm-up followed by 30 minutes of both aerobic fitness and muscle toning.

Girls fitness enables the girls to have a place to work on their fitness that is safe and where they won't feel judged.

There is a $10 fee for this sport.
