St Paul’s Fit aims to provide students the opportunity to develop physical fitness and capabilities through planned, coached and monitored training sessions. Aims to develop an athletic base from which either sporting performance or general health and wellness can be improved.
Schedule
Trainings: Tuesday 4:40 – 5:40 pm. Thursdays 6:00 – 7:00 am in the St Paul’s Collegiate School Weights Room.
